The quality of service indicators for the year 2025 remain well below the maximum thresholds established in Royal Decree 1955/2000.

The basic global quality indicators according to Royal Decree 1955/2000 are the Average Interruption Time (TIM) and Non-Supplied Energy (NSE).

In the national electricity system, 12 supply interruptions were recorded in 2025, 29% less than in 2024. NSE experienced an increase compared to the previous year (123 MWh in 2025 compared to 32 MWh in 2024). Likewise, the TIM has reached a value of 0.25 minutes (0.07 minutes in 2024), results that are well below the reference value of 15 minutes established in Article 26.2 of Royal Decree 1955/2000. The main incident occurred in Cataluña, more specifically at the El Morell 220 kV substation, with an NSE of almost 74 MWh.

The continuity of supply indicators of the peninsular electricity system showed an increase in 2025 compared to the previous year. Five supply interruptions were recorded, which collectively accounted for an NSE of 80 MWh (29 MWh in 2024) and a TIM of 0.18 minutes (0.07 minutes in 2024). In the Islas Baleares electricity system, the indicators of continuity of supply in 2025 also increased compared to the previous year, with five supply interruptions recorded, representing a NSE of 36 MWh (0.3 MWh in 2024) and a TIM of 2.99 minutes (0.02 minutes in 2024). And lastly, in the Islas Canarias electricity system the NSE stood at 6 MWh (corresponding to two supply interruptions) and the TIM at 0.38 minutes.
