July was the month with the highest generation, with a value 12.2% lower than July of the previous year, which also marked its monthly peak. Compared to previous years, it was 24.1% lower than the all-time high, recorded in 2015. The seasonality of this technology is similar to that of photovoltaic, although its daily electricity generation is distributed more evenly throughout the day due to the capacity of these power plants to store part of the heat they obtain from the sun and use it in later hours.
